How do I select a location?

We have preferred locations you can choose from. However, we can look into special locations of your choice. If you have a different location in mind, please include that into your inquiry.

What happens if there is bad weather?

In the event of poor conditions, we will look into other arrangements for locations and dates. If there is a prediction for bad weather on the day of your reservation, we will contact you in advance to discuss options. There will be no cancellation charge and you will have 6 months to rebook. Additional terms & conditions may apply.

Do you allow kids?

Of course! We love kids! We just want everyone to be comfortable. Our packages include specific seating spots and food servings; so if you have children you want to include in both areas, just be sure to add them into the headcount when you inquire so we can prepare and price accordingly.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. We do accept rebooking within 6 months of your original picnic date. We do require a 72 hour cancellation for all reservations.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder of the payment will be due at least 72 hours before your scheduled picnic.

Where are you located?

We are based out of Southwest Florida and our picnic proximities include Naples – Ft Myers. All locations outside of this require a review & travel fees may be assessed. Please include specific location arrangements in your inquiry.

How far in advance to I need to book?

We book fast and spots are limited, so we highly recommend booking sooner rather than later. We do require a 48 hour advance notice prior to your booking date. Last minute bookings are not guaranteed.

What happens if my party breaks or damages something?

There is a damage fee for equipment that is left unattended, stolen or broken.
